I bought my new Honda Fit in 2015 and have had all my service done here since. You have a new employee named Cesar. I told him my concerns, and he told me everything I had concerns about was still in good shape. He could have told me otherwise easily because of my request. He explained that my car's readings are still safe and advised me when to have them checked out again. The Service manager gave me a free oil change coupon after I had to bring my car back a day after 105.000 maintenance was done, and because of the inconvenience and price I had to pay for that Service package, my free oil change was honored today too. I only take my car to this dealer. As a woman who keeps my car maintenance serious, I feel I have not been taken advantage of at this dealer.

I took my car in for a brake job. It was done in a timely manner and everything was explained thoroughly to me. Patrick was excellent.

A-1 Customer Service from start to finish working with Chris Delgado . He greeted us before we could even grab the door handle . He was very professional and well spoken , and was super knowledgeable and helpful with helping me make my decision in getting a vehicle. He took his time explaining and going over all options with me , and let me drive any of the vehicles that I was interested in . He was far from pushy , and recommended what he thought was best for my situation and budget . I ended up deciding to go with the 2025 Honda Accord SE, and both him and his Sales Manager fought tooth and nail to get a approval through Honda Financing with a down payment I could afford , and monthly payments in my price range . I was nervous at first , but both Chris and his Sales Manager made sure to do whatever they could to get me into the car I wanted . Beyond grateful and already trying to recommend more friends and family to see them . They will do whatever they can to try and get you into a new vehicle, and will not be pushy and will stick by your side throughout the whole process.

As far as car buying goes, Shottenkirk was a good experience. Cristian was friendly and helpful and willing to deal.

I have been taking my 2006 Honda Pilot here for service since we purchased it new when this was originally University Honda. Shottenkirk Honda has always provided excellent service and their service agents and technicians are exemplary and professional. Our Pilot recently passed the 300,000 mile mark on the odometer, so I brought it in for major preventative service: timing-belt change, compression check, etc. When complete, some oil-leak issues became apparent. I want to identify and thank our service agent Jennifer who did everything needed to retrieve our vehicle for diagnosis and service. She went above and beyond to repair the problem and get us “back on the road” again. I hope to get to 400,000 miles with this vehicle and Jennifer and the entire crew at Shottenkirk Honda will help me reach that goal! Thank You All!!!
