We bought our Honda Civic in January. Overall it was a great experience. We worked with Vinny Vinayak.He was very professional and knowledgeable. We were very particular about the color and he made it happen. It has been 5 months and we are still very happy with it and the service that we experienced at Shottenkirk Honda. Also the service department has always been a great experience, Tom, Jennifer and Patrick have always been the best!!

I went in to test drive cars my husband was suggesting and wasn't positive i would even like the car, let alone who likes the buying a car dance? But the team here made it so easy. Fell for the first car i drove and they pegged me on the color and everything. They were respectful and not demeaning or anything. They listened to my concerns and wants, they treated my son with kindness. It was a great experience from start to end. They even helped when we needed to look at alternatives to their original proposals. It was so easy to negotiate and address concerns. We're so happy with the new car and with the awesome customer service.
