Oil change and tire rotate in 1 1/2 hours. That’s fast. My first time working with Miguel and he was very professional and efficient. After service, I still had plenty of Saturday afterwards.

I dropped off our Honda Pilot at 11 am on a Saturday to get a tire puncture repaired. The vehicle was ready at 3 pm. As a bonus we received a complimentary car wash.

We take my sons 2005 Honda Civic hybrid here for service and they're always great. Christian was super helpful today getting our car back to us in a timely manner. Fast forward to 3.24.26... My son bought a new 2024 Honda Civic in May of 2024 and I purchased a 2026 Honda CRV at the end of January 2026. Both purchases at the dealership were amazing through Quentin. Today we took my son's 2024 Honda Civic in for an oil change and I took my 2026 Honda CRV in for paint protection. Their service department was amazing today. Miguel and Ryan took care of us with amazing customer service. When making the appointment, Kevin was also amazing. Please don't hesitate taking your Honda to this dealership for service. I can't recommend them enough. I give them 100 stars!

Needed a smog check asap but lost my renewal notice. Was told it took a while because the driving cycle needed to be done, and Shottenkirk Honda took the time and effort to get it done for me with out me asking. In the end they found out my car was mandared a star station for this, which I did not know, and they even referred me to one close by. Great service. Great staff. I know by experience other places like Natomas Smog Shop sacramento will only take your money and ask you to deal with this type of issue (go see my review) on your own. If you want to be treated with respect, go to Shottenkirk's.
