I scheduled an appointment with my service writer, Jennifer for 7:45 am to replace the daytime running light on my Honda Accord. I informed her I needed to have the repair done by 9:30 because I had a doctor’s appointment. She said she would do her best and would let her technician know. At 9 o’clock she came and told me that my car was done. I was very pleased that they were able to accommodate me. Jennifer was very nice, professional and knowledgeable in answering my questions. Huge shoutout to Jennifer P., service advisor at Davis Honda! I brought my Civic Type R in for a knocking sound coming from the steering rack. Jennifer quickly got the car scheduled for service and followed up the very next day to confirm the issue and let me know the replacement would be covered under warranty. Sean Cumiskey came to drop off a loaner car to the door, so I be able to go to work next day. Sean showed his professionalism and was very friendly.
