When I recently decided to sell my vehicle, I got quotes from Carvana and CarMax but wanted to give a local business a shot before deciding. I'm glad I did. Jonathan made the entire process seamless, and I walked out with a check in hand within about an hour. Highly recommend for both service and if you're looking to sell.

I had a great experience at the Honda dealership overall. Mandeep was exceptional throughout the entire process. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and made the experience smooth and stress-free. Vinny was also very helpful and attentive, ensuring that everything moved along efficiently and that my questions were answered. Roy assisted with the payment process and helped complete the transaction. However, I felt there was an opportunity for more professionalism in how concerns about payment and available funds were communicated. While it is important to verify financial details, the conversation could have been handled in a more courteous and customer-friendly manner. Despite that experience, Mandeep and Vinny provided excellent service, and I appreciate their efforts in making the overall car-buying experience a positive one.

Our family had a really great experience with Internet sales consultant Jose de Vega, He made us feel right at home and like family. He is very knowledgeable in the cars he has available, the test drive was very informative and enjoyable, he knows his car stuff!

The absolute best dealership I’ve ever been to and dealt with. Chris my salesman, was not pushy and was up front about everything. Once I was interested in a car his responses were prompt and the buying process was seamless and the quickest I’ve ever seen. They made me a phenomenal deal on a used car they just received the day before. It had a cracked windshield, which was fixed the next day at no charge. What a great overall experience. Kevin Davey was awesome!! Needed to get repairs done on my AC and used my warranty to pay for the costs. It took about a week for the warranty to go through the process of providing a quote on how much they would cover for the repairs which was a hassle, but Kevin was very patient and communicative with both I and my warranty company. Kevin would get back to me almost immediately with any questions or concerns I had along the way. Service was so fast on Hondas end. Was very impressed overall with the customer service from Kevin and how fast they were with the repairs despite waiting for the warranty. Thank you guys!

I have just bought my second Honda Accord hybrid at Shottenkirk Honda. It is such an easy experience compared to other dealers. The salesperson presented the cost with add-ons rather than being bombarded by the Finance person. Every employee was polite and experienced, listened, and accommodated everything we asked for. I live in Sacramento, not Davis, but i'll make the short drive again.
