Needed a repair under warranty and was able to get an appointment quickly, the work was done before noon and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful.

I reached out to Davis Honda regarding a 2025 Honda pilot trailsport. The internet sales manager Vinny was able to answer my questions, and updated me on their recent shipment. We were able to agree to a deal that worked for both parties. He’s easy to work with, straight to the point.

I took my car (10th gen civic) in for AC issues that I had read were under warranty. After doing some research about it online many people have had experiences where the dealership will find the smallest reason to not honor the warranty and charge the customer. This is not one of those dealerships! My service advisor Patrick was fantastic and walked me through everything that I needed to know, and when he found the issue with the AC he let me know they'd need it for a day but all of the issues I was having were covered by Honda. They were phenomenal in how quickly they were able to diagnose and repair the problem. I'll be coming back to Shottenkirk when I need more service in the future
